How’s it going!

Thanks for visiting my portfolio! I'm a Virginia-based UX designer who loves to uncover delightful solutions to complex problems. Drawing from my background in the film, service, and construction industries, I've cultivated the ability to problem solve in imperfect conditions. My approach is rooted in collaboration with clients and team members, research, and user-centric designs that leave a lasting impression. I like sci-fi, fantasy, horror movies, video games, Dominos pizza, animals, writing, and drivin’ around.

What I’m working on:

The Jefferson Symphony Orchestra is celebrating their 71st anniversary bringing live music to Jefferson County, CO. The JSO has requested a responsive redesign to appeal to a younger audience, attract potential donors and corporate sponsors, and improve the site’s overall usability and branding. As Lead Designer, I will be working closely with stakeholders to deliver a vibrant online presence that fosters deeper engagement with the Jefferson community, and cultivates valuable partnerships to ensure the sustainability of a historic and beloved institution.

Additionally, I am part of a UX team brought on to Climate Mind: a mobile app dedicated to driving effective and inspiring climate conversations. In order to increase engagement and encourage users to connect with conversation partners, we are currently refining the onboarding experience and UI. I have led meetings, focused designed priorities, written copy, and developed low and high fidelity wireframes of key screens during my time there.
